CLIENT BRIEF: To demolish wall between existing kitchen and dining room to create large, light, airy family kitchen and living space.

Description of Works:

Strip out ceilings, doors, staircase, brick work in chimney breast (to create inset)

Demolish walls, create new doors and larger window openings

Install steel work

Level screed floor and install under floor heating

Plasterboard and plaster ceilings and walls

Tile floors throughout ground floor

Re wire and plumb for new kitchen

Install new kitchen

Decorate all ceilings, walls and woodwork
